After much deliberation of the delicious options, I chose stir-fry because it’s one of my absolute favourites.

Armed with my ingredient list, I hit the supermarket. Back home, I followed the straightforward recipe step by step. The result? A stress-free, delicious dinner that felt like a win after a busy day.
